Matt Walmsley

Matt brings more than five years of property management experience to Manage My Rental, including senior roles with Kāinga Ora and Te Āhuru Mōwai. His background has given him extensive experience managing a wide range of tenancy situations with a calm, practical approach.

Matt enjoys the variety in property management and the challenge of finding solutions when issues arise.  He prides himself on staying level-headed, acting quickly and working towards positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Outside work, Matt plays bass in an original band with his best mates and enjoys fishing, walking his dog and spending time with his son, including watching him play football.
